Crockpot Barbecue Chicken

1 lb. frying chicken, cut up and skin removed
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed tomato soup
3/4 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup vinegar
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried basil

Place chicken in slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken, making sure sauce glazes all pieces. Cover. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
